How to enrol on the Phase-1 [basics] Shiatsu course.
You can apply to enrol on this course by using the printable enrolment form (pdf), or you can contact Hands on Horses to ask for an enrolment form to be posted to you.
The enrolment form should be completed as required, and returned with the appropriate payment for course fees to Hands on Horses.
There are two payment options to consider when completing your enrolment
form:
Enclose payment for the full Phase-1
[Basics] course fee, and tick the box marked 'I
enclose the full course fee of

Enclose payment for the amount indicated on the form as the standard
deposit for course fees, and tick the box marked 'I
enclose my non-refundable deposit of

to commencement of the course. Hands on Horses
is happy to discuss and arrange an appropriate payment plan for
